You will ensure policy adherence, develop talent, coach for high performance, monitor performance, and identify new business opportunities while maintaining top customer service standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate.
• FAIS compliance in Non-life Commercial product category is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales team of Tied Agents in designated area(s).
• Lead and drive sales targets and profitability for the team.
• Ensure policy compliance and governance within region.
• Develop people through performance development discussions and regular check-ins.
• Set up training sessions and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Track sales, performance, and service levels against targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
