Job summary

Placements24 is partnering with a well-established sporting goods manufacturer to recruit a Regional Sales Manager for East London and surrounding areas. You will drive regional sales growth, lead a team of sales representatives, and cultivate strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and clubs.

The ideal candidate has a proven sales leadership track record in consumer goods, solid negotiation skills, and the ability to forecast and report to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of sales management experience in sporting goods or consumer goods.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and account management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to travel extensively within the region.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of sporting goods market and product lines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit regional targets.
