Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to oversee and grow the business in East London. You will lead a sales team, develop strategies, and drive revenue in the Eastern Cape.

The role requires strong leadership, a proven sales management track record, and the ability to build key client relationships with distributors across the territory. East London base with travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales objectives and expand market share.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed their targets.
• Manage key relationships with major clients and distributors in the Eastern Cape region.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and challenges.
