Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, with a managerial or senior role.
• Strong understanding of sales cycles, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and sales performance metrics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the industrial equipment or distribution sector is a plus.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to East London, Eastern Cape.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and optimize daily sales operations for the regional sales team.
• Develop and implement sales processes, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide analytical support to the sales team, including performance tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage the sales CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute regional sales strategies.
• Identify opportunities for sales process improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Support the sales team with operational tasks, including quoting, order processing, and territory management.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for the sales team on operational processes and tools.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, finance, operations).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales operations.
