Job summary

DP World is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to lead a regional sales team and drive aggressive growth in the international freight forwarding market. You will develop pipelines, onboard talent, and align sales strategy with national objectives.

The role requires 10+ years in freight forwarding, proven revenue growth, and strong relationship management. Travel and a valid driver’s license are expected. A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, marketing or logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in International Freight Forwarding with at least 3–5 years in a regional/national sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth targets within a freight forwarding environment.
• Strong networking and customer relationship management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication including business presentations, reporting and public speaking.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Strong geographical understanding of countries, air and ocean gateways and ports; ability to interface with diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Build a regional sales pipeline and deliver aggressive regional targets with international freight forwarding clients.
• Lead and manage Business Development Managers regionally; onboard and retain talent.
• Coordinate national sales activities and support campaigns, proposals and client engagements.
• Oversee monthly sales reports, events, and regional trade lane visits with national field teams.
• Drive sales strategy using market intelligence and form strategic partnerships.
