Responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical reference for customers in South Africa and nearby regions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating to HQ when needed.
• Train regional partners on Webfleet products and solutions.
• Identify and onboard installation partners and ensure seamless integration.
• Lead market-specific strategic initiatives and coordinate pilots.
