Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
• Manage, train, and motivate a team of retail sales associates and store managers.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure consistent implementation of sales policies, procedures, and brand standards across all locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including store teams and regional management.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to sales staff.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
