Clicks Group Limited seeks a Regional Manager to lead a senior team across multiple stores in the KZN region. You will drive sales, protect profit, and implement service excellence to strengthen the brand’s competitive edge.

You will align operational strategies with financial targets, manage risks, and influence stakeholders to deliver growth, customer satisfaction, and optimized store performance across the region.

Qualifications

• Essential: B.Com Degree or Diploma / B Pharm (retail/finance management).
• Minimum 5 years' senior operational management in multi-site retail.
• Extensive retail/FMCG store operations experience.
• Proven people management of middle management.
• Financial management experience (budgets, P&L, financial ratios).

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales and operating profit growth.
• Lead and influence operational teams and flagship stores.
• Deliver cost-effective operational strategy and service excellence.
• Monitor regional performance, analyse trends and report results.
• Engage stakeholders to inform range, pricing, promotions, and people strategies.
• Lead store expansion targets and regional KPI delivery.
