Job summary

Clicks Group seeks a Regional Operations Executive to lead KZN and ESwatini, delivering cost‑effective operational strategy, service excellence and high‑performing teams. The role will drive sales, profit targets and customer experience from the Durban regional office.

The candidate will develop regional strategy, lead middle and senior management, improve governance, and advance the brand’s value proposition across stores and ClubCard initiatives.

Qualifications

• Essential: minimum 8 years in senior operational management within a multi-site environment.
• Extensive retail store operations experience.
• Extensive people management and leadership of middle management.
• Financial management experience (budgets, P&L, financial ratios).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional strategy delivering brand objectives and regional growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing regional team delivering sales and operating profit targets.
• Drive continuous operational improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
• Position Clicks as the preferred health and beauty retailer with strong customer experience.
• Provide strategic insights to influence range, pricing and promotions.
• Deliver regional store expansion targets and a robust people strategy.
