Job summary

Telkom SA Openserve is seeking a Senior Manager: Regional Programme Management to lead regional programmes that support technology rollout, order delivery and Master Build Plan initiatives. The role requires governance, cross-functional coordination and strong contractor/OEM management across the regional delivery lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in programme governance, capitalisation, risk management and executive reporting, with a background in telecommunications

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years experience in project, programme, infrastructure or technology delivery management.
• At least 5 years experience in a management role within telecommunications, infrastructure rollout, network build, service delivery or technology implementation.
• Proven experience managing service providers, OEMs, contractors and cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Govern regional programme governance, reporting cadences and stage-gate controls.
• Lead regional technology rollout delivery and align with Master Build Plan.
• Manage service providers, OEMs and contractors against SLAs and safety requirements.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Centre, Planning, Engineering and Service Management for delivery readiness.
• Drive governance discipline and ensure capitalisation and asset handover practices.
• Provide executive visibility of programme status, risks and milestones.
