Job summary

Talent Fox SA in Durban seeks a General Manager – Operations to lead high-velocity staffing and TES operations. This senior role requires deep experience in managing multi-site or regional operations and a strong commercial mindset.

VACANCY: GENERAL MANAGER – OPERATIONS

Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal

Salary: R40 000 – R45 000 Basic per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a senior operational leadership position suited to someone who understands the fast-paced and highly compliance-driven nature of the Temporary Employment Services (TES), staffing, recruitment and workforce solutions industry.

Previous senior operational management experience within the staffing/TES/recruitment industry is essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven management experience within the staffing, recruitment, TES, labour outsourcing or workforce solutions industry – essential.
• Experience leading regional or multi-site operations teams.
• Strong understanding of Temporary Employment Services (TES) and outsourced staffing operations.
• Experience managing large client accounts and/or multiple operational sites.
• Strong knowledge of labour legislation, IR and operational compliance.
