Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS/operations systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within George region.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model with on-site oversight.

About the Role

Our client, a leading national provider of catering and food services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations across several key sites in the George area and surrounding Western Cape regions. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
