Placements24 in Rustenburg seeks a Head of Regional Operations to lead all regional activities including warehousing, transportation and last‑mile delivery. You will drive strategic plans, optimize resources and mentor a large team to deliver service excellence.

You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance and data‑driven performance improvements, guiding cross‑functional collaboration with sales, finance and customer service.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in operations management with 5+ years in senior leadership in logistics or supply chain.
• Proven track record managing large-scale operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, TMS and inventory control principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team-building skills.
• Able to develop and implement strategic operational plans.
• Financial management, budgeting and P&L responsibility.
• Data-driven decision making with analytical mindset.
• Based in or relocate to Rustenburg for full-time, on-site work.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Responsabilidades
