Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Regional Operations Coordinator to support daily operations across Kimberley region branches. You will collaborate with branch managers and the regional operations team to implement improvements and drive efficiency.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a retail/service context within Northern Cape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations support, coordination, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with operational software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of regional operational initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation for regional activities.
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas needing support or improvement.
• Manage operational documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies and operational procedures across branches.
• Support branch managers in resolving operational challenges and implementing best practices.
