About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Mining Operations Manager to oversee all operational aspects of their mine in Rustenburg . This senior leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing large-scale mining projects, ensuring maximum efficiency, safety, and profitability. You will lead a diverse team of professionals, driving operational excellence and implementing innovative strategies to achieve production targets while upholding the highest standards of environmental stewardship and corporate social responsibility. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all day-to-day mining operations, including planning, production, and maintenance.

• Manage budgets, control costs, and drive initiatives for operational efficiency and productivity improvements.

Requirements
