You will be comfortable working across different markets and cultures, managing budgets, monitoring performance and translating commercial objectives into effective marketing plans.

This role will require occasional travel to our African markets, with a hands‑on approach to supporting local teams and ensuring consistent brand standards across all touchpoints.

What will you do

  • Work with internal creative teams and external agencies to deliver effective marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Drive trade marketing, merchandising, in‑store visibility and channel‑specific execution.
  • Ensure marketing materials and campaigns meet brand standards and are delivered within agreed timelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance and return on investment (ROI), implementing improvements where necessary.

3. Commercial Marketing and Market Development

  • Partner with Commercial Executives and sales teams to develop practical marketing initiatives that support revenue growth and market share.
  • Ensure marketing activities are tailored to local market needs and diverse customer audiences.
  • Monitor promotional activities, outlet execution and brand visibility through regular market visits and audits.
  • Use market insights and sales data to identify gaps, assess performance and inform marketing decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, strengthen distribution partnerships and enhance the overall commercial value proposition.

  • Track marketing KPIs, budgets, campaign effectiveness and progress against strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices, resources and successful initiatives across markets.
  • Develop marketing toolkits and practical resources to support consistent execution across business units.

5. Team Leadership and Development
