Placements24 is seeking a strategic Regional Manager to lead operations across the Western Cape from Cape Town. The role focuses on driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and managing multiple business units with strong client relationships.

You will partner with executive leadership to define regional strategies, oversee budgeting, and ensure high standards of service delivery in a dynamic market, with extensive travel and leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a senior management or regional leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding objectives.
• Strong financial acumen; experience budgeting and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Western Cape market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional plans to meet sales and operational targets in Cape Town.
