AVBOB South Africa is seeking an experienced sales team leader to manage a team of insurance representatives at the Musina Life office. You will drive performance to meet business objectives while upholding the company’s customer-centric values.

The role requires recruiting and training high-quality representatives, ensuring targets are achieved, and maintaining compliance with FAIS/FICA/LTIA and related legislation. You will also focus on risk management and expanding market reach.

Formación

• Experience leading sales teams and achieving targets.
• Knowledge of FAIS/FICA/LTIA compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit high quality representatives timeously and accurately.
• Ensure that appointed representatives are adequately trained.
• Manage a team of insurance representatives optimally.
• Ensure that the set insurance sales targets are reached.
• Ensure and monitor compliance with respect to FAIS/FICA/LTIA and all other relevant legislation.
• Risk management.
• Develop and expand markets.
