Job summary

Qualifications

• MBChB/MBBCh degree or equivalent medical qualification that permits HPCSA registration
• Current HPCSA registration as Medical Practitioner required
• Minimum 3 years’ experience after registration as independent Medical Practitioner
• Postgraduate qualification in clinical/health management/public health/business admin an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, clinical and operational leadership in planning, management, coordination and evaluation of medical and clinical services at Pholosong Regional Hospital
• Lead clinical departments and coordinate services across the hospital
• Promote clinical governance, quality assurance and patient safety initiatives across medical disciplines
