Norman Goodfellows (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Head of Region for KwaZulu-Natal to drive overall regional performance, overseeing sales, distribution, warehousing, and customer profitability. The role requires strong leadership of a multi-functional team and a focus on sustainable revenue growth and operational discipline.

The incumbent will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution across channels, ensuring strong cash collections, pricing discipline, and long-term regional profitability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Over 5 years' senior management experience within FMCG, beverage distribution, wholesale or retail.
• Experience managing a distribution centre.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams.
• Experience managing large customer accounts.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong financial and business management capability.
• Experience managing operational budgets and P&L accountability.
• Experience within liquor distribution or FMCG distribution would be highly advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional sales, distribution and retail operations to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Drive commercial performance with responsible pricing, terms and customer retention.
• Oversee the regional distribution centre, warehouse operations, inventory integrity and dispatch efficiency.
• Manage credit control, working capital and supplier relationships for the region.
• Develop and coach a high-performing regional team to meet targets.

Formação académica
