Job summary

Discovery Limited is seeking a Regional Manager to drive regional strategy, engagement with advisers and franchises, and performance delivery across the Western Cape Cape Town region. Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business, Commerce or Finance preferred.
• Six years of experience in Sales Management.
• Insurance qualifications (CPF, RE1, RE5) advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to other regions.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen regional delivery through performance tracking and reporting.
• Engage advisers and franchises to drive growth and regional sales.
• Coordinate DFC/DCS initiatives and execution across the region.
• Lead/co-ordinate, support, and mentor franchise teams.
• Ensure governance, compliance and regulatory standards.
