Job summary

Discovery Limited is seeking a Regional Manager in Cape Town to lead regional delivery, drive growth and engage advisers and franchises. The role emphasizes performance tracking, stakeholder collaboration and strategic initiative execution.

You will coordinate with DFC/DCS, support recruitment and activation of advisers, and ensure governance and reporting standards are met while building a high-quality footprint across tied and IFA channels.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in Sales Management.
• Insurance Qualifications (CPF, RE1, RE5) – Must have.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Commerce or Finance advantageous.
• Extensive experience in Excel and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Execution-focused role that strengthens regional delivery through performance tracking, reporting, adviser and franchise engagement, DFC/DCS coordination, and operational follow-through.
• Drive regional growth, improve sales performance, and strengthen the regional footprint within the assigned area.
• Assist with implementation and tracking of strategic initiatives and governance.
• Collaborate with Franchise Directors, Business Executives and Financial Advisers to grow adviser footprint and productivity.
