Placements24 is seeking a Regional Fleet Manager based in Rustenburg, North West, to lead transportation operations across the region. You will manage a diverse fleet of commercial vehicles, optimize routes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive safety, reliability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Logistics, SCM, Business Administration)
• 7+ years of progressive experience in fleet management or transportation operations
• Experience managing large commercial vehicle fleets and diverse teams
• In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations, safety protocols, and maintenance best practices
• Strong financial acumen with budget management and cost control
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with hybrid or remote management structures is a plus
• Must reside within commuting distance of Rustenburg or be willing to relocate

• Implement and enforce safety programs to minimize accidents and ensure driver well-being.
• Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, operational costs, and safety incidents for senior management.
