Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a seasoned financial leader to own the regional finance strategy and partner with executive leadership across the Randburg area. You will drive IFRS reporting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis while ensuring governance and tax compliance in South Africa.

You will mentor regional finance teams, oversee external audits, and provide strategic insights to improve profitability and growth, with executive stakeholders relying on your expertise.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA(SA) with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Extensive IFRS reporting, group consolidations and SA tax compliance.
• Experience managing external audits and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Act as trusted business partner to executive leadership for strategic decisions.
• Drive financial performance through forecasting, reporting and analysis.
• Support acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures, including tax considerations.
• Oversee compliance, governance, policies and internal controls.
