Network Finance in Gauteng is seeking a strategic Senior Finance Leader to oversee group reporting, annual financial statements, and statutory reporting. You will drive IFRS-compliant processes across multiple entities and prepare Board packs.

You will manage tax, governance, and compliance, partner with executive leadership on strategic decisions, and lead regional finance teams to deliver robust analysis and governance across the business.

Qualifications

• Group reporting and consolidations experience in multi-entity environments.
• IFRS financial reporting and annual financial statement preparation.
• External audit management and regulatory liaison experience.
• Strong governance, controls, and financial policy development.
• Knowledge of SA tax legislation and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with company law and regulatory obligations.
• Strategic financial management and business partnering capabilities.
• Stakeholder engagement at Executive and Board level.
• Proficiency with Sage and advanced Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of annual financial statements and statutory reporting.
• Manage complex group consolidations across multiple entities.
