Job summary

You will enforce controls, manage emergency payments, stock wherever, CAPEX, GRVs, asset registers, and procurement, while supporting audits and governance. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant financial management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and asset management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, tax legislation, and governance.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Enforce robust financial controls across the region and ensure audit compliance.
• Manage emergency payments, buyouts, and ensure proper documentation.
• Oversee petty cash, regional float audits, and central finance submission.
• Administer insurance claims and fleet card management.
• Lead regional stock control, stocktakes, and variance investigations.
• Supervise Goods in Transit, asset verification, and asset registers.
• Prepare CAPEX documentation and asset recording.
• Oversee GRVs, procurement, and policy adherence.
• Perform financial administration including transactions, reconciliations, reporting.
• Support audits with documentation and queries.
• Monitor compliance with financial, tax, governance policies.
• Collaborate to improve finance processes and controls.
• Manage contract administration and documentation governance.
• Provide financial insights to operations and assist risk mitigation.
