Job summary

Network Finance in South Africa seeks a seasoned financial leader to take ownership of the finance function for one division while guiding another, shaping strategy and driving performance across the business.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, cash flow management and risk management and audits, mentor the finance team, implement policies and controls, and partner with leadership on commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' commercial experience in financial management.
• Agriculture experience strongly preferred; FMCG or similar industries considered.
• SAICA/SAIPA articles essential; BCom degree essential; CIMA advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial management function across the business
• Oversee financial planning, strategy, budgets and forecasts
• Drive cash flow planning and working capital management
• Lead financial analysis and performance reporting
• Manage financial risk and strengthen internal controls
• Oversee internal and external audit processes
• Develop and implement finance policies, procedures and controls
• Partner with leadership on commercial and strategic decisions
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team
