Job summary

Network Finance in Reitz, South Africa, is seeking an experienced finance leader to take ownership of the financial function for one division while overseeing the financial management of another. You’ll drive planning, cash flow, risk, budgets and audits, and lead from the front to help the business make informed decisions.

You will mentor the finance team, partner with leadership on commercial decisions, and strengthen internal controls, with ERP experience and SAICA/SAIPA Articles.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCom degree.
• CIMA qualification advantageous.
• Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles essential.
• 7+ years of commercial financial management experience.
• Agriculture experience preferred; FMCG or similar industries considered.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial management function across the business.
• Oversee financial planning, strategy, budgets and forecasts.
• Drive cash flow planning and working capital management.
• Lead financial analysis and performance reporting.
• Manage financial risk and strengthen internal controls.
• Oversee internal and external audit processes.
• Develop and implement finance policies, procedures and controls.
• Partner with leadership on commercial and strategic decisions.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
