Placements24 seeks a Cluster Sales and Marketing Manager to oversee sales and marketing for multiple Mahikeng, North West hotels. You will drive revenue, market share, and brand visibility across properties, lead a sales team, and align with hotel operations for integrated campaigns.

The role requires 5+ years in hotel sales/marketing, seniority, and strong negotiation, digital marketing, and CRM skills. Based in or willing to relocate to Mahikeng region, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel sales/marketing with 3+ in management.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and market share in hospitality.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing plans to achieve room revenue and market share for multiple hotels.
• Manage key corporate, leisure, and MICE accounts and grow relationships.
• Oversee digital marketing, including online ads, social media, and website management.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team; prepare forecasts and budgets.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
