Job summary

Time Personnel in Cape Town seeks a motivated technical sales professional to manage a growing portfolio in the chemical sector. You will research and generate leads, build strong client relationships, deliver persuasive product demonstrations, and consistently meet sales targets and KPIs.

The role requires frequent travel across South Africa for client visits and presentations. You will provide technical guidance on chemical safety, ensure proper product use, and coordinate with internal teams

Qualifications

• 3 years of technical sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn technical product knowledge and safety protocols.
• Ability to travel within South Africa for client visits and presentations.
• Keen interest in the chemical industry; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Research and generate leads through online platforms and in-person visits.
• Manage a growing portfolio of key accounts.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Travel regionally to meet clients face to face.
• Identify growth opportunities and act as the technical/commercial link with clients.
• Conduct on-site visits to client sites and deliver product presentations.
• Provide technical guidance and safety recommendations related to chemical usage.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
