Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Chemical Sales Engineer to promote and sell specialty chemicals to industrial clients in Sandton. The role combines deep technical knowledge with sales acumen to identify opportunities and provide expert technical support.

You will travel within the territory, deliver compelling technical presentations, and collaborate with R&D and service teams to meet customer needs and drive business growth in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a chemical discipline or related field.
• Proven track record in technical sales within the chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of chemical products, applications and market challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within the territory.
