Job summary

Core Group is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to drive sales and brand execution across Gauteng retail partners in Johannesburg. You will lead in-store execution, stock management, training, and premium merchandising while building strong partner relationships.

The role requires independence, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric Certificate compulsory.
• 3–5 years in sales, channel management or retail operations.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable facilitating training.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales targets with in-store execution and promotional support.
• Act as primary contact for retail partners in the region.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to maximise opportunities.
• Facilitate product training sessions for in-store staff.
• Ensure execution of marketing initiatives and premium merchandising standards.
• Track store performance and report trends and risks to management.
• Identify process improvements to enhance regional performance.
