Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager to support Africa sales as a strategic partner to develop and maintain key customer relationships. You will implement selling strategies for GET and Buckets, based in South Africa or Zambia, and mentor local sales teams with product knowledge.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, plus 10+ years in sales/marketing in mobile mining equipment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a commercial/technical field.
• Strong leadership, communication and motivational skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for our international setting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain key customer relationships across Africa.
• Support Sales Areas with guidance on selling strategies for GET and Buckets range.
• Identify opportunities, participate in negotiations and close business deals.
• Train and mentor local sales teams on products and applications.
