Lesaka Technologies seeks an accomplished Area Leader to coordinate campaigns, oversee sales and operations across the Limpopo area, align with group strategies and ensure superior customer service. The role drives market opportunities, profitability and regulatory adherence while developing talent and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in Banking, Risk, Commerce or equivalent (NQF 7).
• Experience: 5–8 years in retail banking with management responsibilities and team leadership.
• Strong problem solving, leadership and customer-centric focus required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales campaigns across the Area aligned to business planning and group strategies.
• Oversee Operations and Sales functions of Area; deliver superior customer service.
• Ensure adherence to policies, regulatory requirements and compliance across the Area.
• Develop and coach teams, drive talent development, and enable frontline delivery.
