You will set targets, coach staff, manage resources, and guarantee compliant operations while delivering measurable sales results in a banking/financial services environment.

Minimum Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent and 5–7 years in sales, with leadership experience, are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams in financial services.
• Proven ability to set targets and drive performance.
• Experience in report writing and using MS Office.
