• Engage with potential candidates through email, social media, and other channels to build relationships and assess their interest and suitability for available opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with our recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies to meet their hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and activity logs on placement partner.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market trends to support decision-making and strategy development.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in engineering recruitment to enhance sourcing effectiveness and efficiency.
