Placements24 is seeking a proactive Recruitment Partner to join in Klerksdorp, North West. Focused on industrial and manufacturing sectors, you will manage full recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement to candidate placement, building trusted advisory relationships in the North West region.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates across roles from shop floor to management, ensuring a smooth process for clients and candidates while meeting targets and KPIs in a dynamic consultancy

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, with focus on industrial or manufacturing roles.
• Proven track record of filling roles in the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Excellent understanding of the industrial and manufacturing job market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment databases and sourcing platforms.
