Scaled is seeking a Recruitment Operations & Founder’s Associate in South Africa. You’ll work across recruitment operations, sourcing and business support, partnering with the founder to build efficient processes, manage CRMs and candidate pipelines, and drive operational improvements.

The role is high ownership, with potential progression into Operations Manager or Recruitment Consultant paths and a strong emphasis on ownership, initiative and problem solving.

Competenze

• Have previous experience in recruitment operations, recruitment administration, executive assistance, business operations or a similar role.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of day-to-day recruitment operations and administration.
• Manage and organise the recruitment CRM, ensuring data is accurate, clean and useful.
• Build and improve recruitment processes, workflows and playbooks.
• Help document and standardise how the business operates.
• Identify inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements.
• Help implement new recruitment technology, systems and AI tools.
• Manage candidate and client information across internal systems.
• Support the founder with recruitment delivery and operational priorities.
• Help ensure roles continue progressing even when the founder is unavailable.
• Source high-quality candidates for live recruitment assignments.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify relevant talent.
• Build targeted candidate pipelines against specific role requirements.
• Conduct market mapping and candidate research.
• Support multiple recruitment assignments as priorities change.
• Work closely with the founder to understand briefs and sourcing requirements.
• Potentially develop into a broader 180 recruitment role over time.
• Arrange interviews and manage candidate/client schedules.
• Help manage administrative tasks and follow-ups.
• Support invoice chasing and basic financial administration.
• Assist with client and candidate communications.
• Support marketing and content initiatives.
• Help with ad hoc business projects.
• Research and evaluate new tools, systems and technology.
• Take ownership of projects that improve the efficiency of the business.
• Act as a reliable second pair of hands for the founder across changing priorities.
