Recruitment Manager
Role Purpose
Manage the full recruitment process for mass recruitment and specialised roles. Manage all external recruiters, source candidates, coordinate screening and interviews, manage recruitment portals, track recruitment data, and coordinate training groups and polygraph testing.
Key Responsibilities
External Recruiters
- Manage all external recruitment agencies and recruiters.
- Provide agencies with vacancy requirements and recruitment targets.
- Track agency performance and candidate submissions.
- Collect recruiter invoices and verify the number of days worked/required.
- Double-check invoice information against recruitment records and agreed requirements.
- Submit verified invoices to Finance for payment.
- Manage agency costs and ensure agreed recruitment requirements are met.
Mass Recruitment
- Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Source and process candidates according to required recruitment numbers.
- Arrange all screening calls.
- Arrange and coordinate all interviews.
- Confirm candidate attendance and follow up on no-shows.
- Track candidates through each stage of the recruitment process.
- Ensure recruitment targets are achieved for each intake.
Specialised Recruitment
- Source candidates directly for specialised and hard-to-fill positions.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Use LinkedIn, job boards, databases and direct sourcing methods.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Manage specialised roles from sourcing through to appointment.
Recruitment Portals
- Create and manage company recruitment portals and profiles.
- Set up job postings and recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain company information and vacancy listings.
- Manage candidate applications through recruitment portals.
- Monitor portal performance and candidate flow.
- Ensure job advertisements remain current and accurate.
Recruitment Administration & Data
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Collect, manage and report recruitment data.

Training Groups
- Work closely with trainers to plan recruitment requirements for each training group.
- Ensure sufficient candidates are recruited for each group.
- Provide trainers with accurate candidate lists and recruitment numbers.
- Coordinate candidate attendance for training.
- Track recruitment numbers against training requirements.
Polygraph Coordination
- Arrange polygraphers for mass recruitment groups.
- Schedule candidates for polygraph testing.
- Coordinate dates, times and candidate lists with polygraphers.
- Track candidate attendance and results.
- Manage any required follow‑ups.
Requirements
- 3–5 years' recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
- Experience managing external recruitment agencies.
- Experience with mass/high-volume recruitment.
- Experience sourcing for specialised roles.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience coordinating high volumes of screening calls and interviews.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data-reporting skills.
- Experience managing recruitment portals and job boards.
- Experience with an ATS is advantageous.
- LinkedIn Recruiter experience is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work towards strict recruitment targets and deadlines.
