Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant specializing in Graduate Placements to join their fully remote team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing graduates through university partnerships and job boards to screening, interviewing, and facilitating placements with client companies.

Based remotely, you will leverage digital tools to build a strong pipeline of talent, coordinate interview schedules, and support graduates through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition, with focus on early careers preferred.
• Strong understanding of graduate career aspirations and entry-level job market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with universities and career services departments.
