Job summary

Durbanville Classifieds is seeking an experienced 360 Recruiter in the South Africa region. The role requires exceptional sourcing, networking with candidates, and advanced research across portals and LinkedIn. Experience in maintaining and expanding client relationships will be advantageous.

Based in the Northern suburbs of Cape Town, near Cape Gate, the successful candidate will drive end-to-end recruitment and talent mapping for our growing client base.

Qualifications

• Experience as a 360 Recruiter with a proven track record.
• Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
• Experience with portals and LinkedIn for candidate research.
• Experience in maintaining and building client relationships.
