Job summary

Permanent People Rec2Rec in Cape Town is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant or Lead Consultant to grow our presence across Africa, Europe and the US. You will own a full desk, win new business, build client relations and recruit into technically complex markets.

The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home) with a base of R40,000–R65,000 per month and an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience in agency recruitment in a 360 role.
• Ability to win new business and generate clients.
• Commercial mindset with strong motivation by financial success.

Responsibilities

• Own a full 360 recruitment desk covering SA, Africa, US and Europe markets.
• Develop new markets and recruit across mining, metals, energy sectors.
• Source technical candidates and manage recruitment processes from brief to placement.
• Build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts.
