You will collaborate with hiring managers, design tailored sourcing strategies, oversee end-to-end processes, and contribute to employer branding and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a strategic recruitment role (Recruitment Business Partner or Senior Recruiter preferred).
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices across sourcing, interviewing and selection.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing skills and ability to build trust with senior leaders.
• Experience with HRIS and recruitment technology platforms.

About the Role

Our client, a prominent recruitment consultancy operating across South Africa, is looking for a strategic Recruitment Business Partner to join their team. This role will be primarily focused on supporting key business units with their talent acquisition strategies. You will act as a crucial link between the business and the recruitment function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving the recruitment agenda. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and consultative professional to influence talent acquisition strategies and outcomes for various clients. You will be instrumental in building employer brands, refining recruitment processes, and ensuring the attraction of top-tier talent. We are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a consultative approach to client engagement, ideally based within commuting distance of Pretoria, Gauteng , but offering a fully remote working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across assigned business units to understand their current and future talent needs.
• Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for diverse roles.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience.
• Advise on and implement best practices in candidate sourcing, selection, and assessment.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the client's attractiveness to top talent.
• Analyze recruitment data and provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and outcomes.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and suppliers as needed.
• Stay informed about labor market trends and competitive intelligence to guide talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a strategic recruitment role, preferably as a Recruitment Business Partner or Senior Recruiter.
• Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior leaders.
• Experience with HRIS and recruitment technology platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
