Job summary

Planet Fitness Krugersdorp is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet members and deliver outstanding customer service at the front desk.

You will answer phones, assist with queries, and ensure a welcoming, well-organised reception that reflects the Planet Fitness standard. Flexi hours and reliable transport are preferred.

Qualifications

• Front desk or welcome desk experience is advantageous.
• Basic PC literacy is required.
• Able to work flexi hours.
• Maintain high energy levels for customer interactions.
• Reliable transport to and from work.
• Demonstrates friendly, efficient service in line with Planet Fitness values.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones and respond to inquiries.
