The successful candidate will be responsible for tenant relations, rent collection, property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all landlord-tenant laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of property management best practices within the Northern Cape region. This is a hands-on role requiring dedication and a commitment to providing exceptional service to both property owners and tenants in Upington.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned properties, including leasing, rent collection, and tenant services.
• Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify maintenance needs.
