Placements24 seeks an experienced Real Estate Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Nelspruit and the Mpumalanga region. You will manage day-to-day operations, tenant relations, maintenance, and budget performance to maximize ROI for the portfolio.

The role requires strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in property management software and MS Office.

Qualifications
