Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate market research, analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data interpretation.
• Proficiency in Excel, SPSS, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with real estate databases and industry reports.
• Familiarity with the Eastern Cape real estate market, Port Elizabeth preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
