Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to oversee residential development projects in Bloemfontein. You will lead on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and liaise with developers to deliver high-quality homes on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and at least nine years of experience managing multiple residential projects, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in construction management, focusing on residential developments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Responsabilidades
