Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Property Development, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• A Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, land use planning, and development finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full development cycle of real estate projects in Nelspruit and surrounding areas, from site acquisition and feasibility studies to design, construction, and handover.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
• Coordinate and liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, legal teams, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings regularly to monitor quality and adherence to plans.

The position is based in our Nelspruit office but involves frequent site visits and requires a dynamic approach to project management. You will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Property Development, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is advantageous.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in real estate development project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex development projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, land use planning, and development finance.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the Nelspruit and Mpumalanga property market and regulatory framework.
• Ability to travel regularly within the region for site visits and meetings.
• Valid driver's license.
