Placements24 seeks a seasoned Real Estate Development Manager to lead major development projects in Soweto and the Gauteng region. You will drive the entire lifecycle from site acquisition and feasibility to planning, execution and delivery, while managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in real estate development with a track record across residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects and strong leadership, negotiation, and finance understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in real estate development project management.
• Proven track record of large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, zoning laws, and development finance.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Experience in Gauteng property development sector is highly desirable.
